Join the Sioux Valley Energy team in South Dakota as our Manager of Human Resources and Administrative Services! We're seeking someone with experience in retirement programs and group health and benefit programs.
As the Manager of Human Resources and Administrative Services, you'll be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new employees, managing employee relations, performance management, and compensation. You'll also play a crucial role in ensuring our employment practices comply with legal requirements and internal policies. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to recommend changes in benefit programs to keep them competitive.
To thrive in this role, you'll need attention to detail, the ability to handle confidential information, strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset. Knowledge of benefits administration is strongly desired. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
