Debra Biever recently retired after 27 years of service to Sioux Valley Energy. Biever began her co-op career as a Customer Service Representative, moved into the role of Manager of Customer Service and for the last 16 years served as Vice President of Human Resources and Member Services. Biever was recognized by the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting with a resolution thanking her for her dedication to SVE members and employees. After her retirement, she took a position with the Minnesota Department of Health.

Kimberlee Hansen was promoted to fill the Vice President of Human Resources and Member Services position left vacant by Biever. Hansen served most recently as the Manager of Human Resources and has dedicated the last 30 years of her career to Sioux Valley Energy.
