Sioux Falls Area EV Expo Set for September 19

The third annual Sioux Falls Area EV Expo will be held at the W. H. Lyon Fairgrounds (100 N Lyon Blvd) in Sioux Falls on Tuesday, September 19, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The event is being sponsored by Sioux Valley Energy, Southeastern Electric, East River Electric, Xcel Energy, and City of Sioux Falls.
Attendees will be able to test drive an electric vehicle and check out several EV makes and models at the event.   Additionally, recreational vehicles like e-bikes from Spoke-n-Sport and electric lawn equipment from ACE Hardware and Interstate Sales will also be on display. Food from a local food truck will be available for purchase. 
Test drives will be available for the following EV dealers (Drivers must provide a valid driver’s license to test drive a vehicle):
