Ann Volstad of rural Volga will represent District 2 on the Sioux Valley Energy Board of Directors. She was elected at a special district meeting held Sept. 21 in Volga, S.D. Vostad, Chuck Miller of Arlington and Karl Seidl of Volga ran for the seat that was vacated when director Al Kooima of Volga died in April.
