Payment System Upgrade
On Tuesday, November 4, Sioux Valley Energy will be upgrading its software system from 1:00 p.m. to approximately 7:00 p.m. During this time, payment processing will be unavailable through the automated phone system, Pay Now, and SmartHub.
Members may drop off cash or check payments at a SVE service center; these will be posted on November 5. The co-op will not be able to process debit or credit card payments during the upgrade.
